Kudzu

Kudzu is a fast-growing vine that was introduced to the United States in the late 19th century primarily for erosion control. Since that time, it has spread rapidly and become a troublesome weed that has taken over an estimated 7 million acres of land. The problem with Kudzu is that wherever it takes root, it eventually takes over. Kudzu is a perfect picture of what often happens in our lives with certain emotions and feelings that we deal with. If we don’t address the negative feelings and emotions that take root in us, they have the possibility to completely take over our lives in ways we never imagined.
