Parenting is hard work, and we want to help! As your church, we want to come alongside you and partner with you to make your parenting journey meaningful and impactful for both you as parents, and your child. Baby Dedication launches this process!
BABY DEDICATION...
is more than an event. It is a 4-step process that creates an opportunity for you to take some time at the beginning of your journey as a parent to think about what will matter most in the life of your child. Baby Dedication provides an opportunity to talk together and decide what you value and what you can do today that will have the greatest impact on your child’s future. It is making a commitment to parent your child to follow Jesus.
Baby Dedication is designed for babies through pre-k. The next Baby Dedication is June 9, 2024
THE BABY DEDICATION PROCESS
Step 1:
Register for Baby Dedication: https://wiregrasschurch.churchcenter.com/people/forms/722533
Step 2:
Attend a Baby Dedication Orientation. Once you register, you will receive details for orientation.
The next orientation is May 19, 2024.
Step 3:
As part of the process to participate in Baby Dedication, we ask that you as parents watch a series of three talks that we feel will help you start right now — at the beginning — to do the things that will truly matter the most to you and your child in the future.
Watch Talk 1: with Adam and Monica Roberson (Lead Pastor and his wife) and complete the assignment in the booklet.
Watch Talk 2: with Jeremy Davis (Student Pastor) and complete the assignment in the booklet.
Watch Talk 3: with Allyson Strickland (Elementary Coach) and complete the assignment in the booklet.
Step 4:
Attend the Baby Dedication and Celebration event June 9, 2024 at Wiregrass Church.
